FAQ

Before you get in touch

Do I need to come into the office?

No. You’re welcome to meet us in Chicago or Olympia Fields, but many clients work with us entirely online using our secure document portal, e-signatures and phone or video calls.

Which office should I contact?

Either one. Call (312) 810-3603 for our Chicago office in Hyde Park or (773) 970-9112 for Olympia Fields — or send a message and we’ll route it to the right person.

I received an IRS notice. How quickly should I reach out?

As soon as possible. IRS and Illinois notices have response deadlines printed on them, and acting early keeps more options open. Send us a copy of the letter and we’ll explain what it means and the next steps through our IRS representation service.

Do you work with clients outside Illinois?

Yes. We serve individuals and businesses across the United States virtually, including people who have moved out of state and need multistate returns.

Can you help mid-year, not just at tax time?

Absolutely. Bookkeeping, payroll, business formation, IRS letters and tax planning happen all year — reach out whenever you need help.
